The underlying index is composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, taxable, investment-grade (as determined by Bloomberg Index Services Limited (the "index provider" or "Bloomberg")) corporate bonds scheduled to mature between January 1, 2029 and December 15, 2029, inclusive.
