Further, it offers annuity and insurance products; and engages in mutual fund sale, advisory services, and discount brokerage activities, as well as insurance agency business. The company serves consumers, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities. It operates automated teller machines and branches in Northeastern Pennsylvania; and in New York counties of Delaware, Sullivan, Ontario, Otsego, and Yates. The company was founded in 1870 and is based in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
